How do I update my profile?
To update your profile:
- Log into the Intentsify app.
- Navigate to the “Account” section by tapping your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Edit your personal information, such as your name, profile picture, and email.
- Tap “Save” to apply changes.
How do I log my moments?
Logging activities is simple:
- Open the app and navigate to the “Moments” section.
- Tap the “Add Moment” button.
- Fill in the details about your activity, such as type, duration, and any additional notes.
- Tap “Save” to record the moment.
How do I access my trends?
To access your trends:
- Log into the Intentsify app.
- Navigate to the “Trends” section in the main menu.
- View detailed charts and metrics about your progress and activities.
How do I manage notifications?
To manage notifications:
- Go to the “Account” section of the app.
- Select “Reminder Time.”
- Change the time to your desired notification time.
- Your preferences will save automatically.
