How do I log my moments?

Logging activities is simple:

  1. Open the app and navigate to the “Moments” section.
  2. Tap the “Add Moment” button.
  3. Fill in the details about your activity, such as type, duration, and any additional notes.
  4. Tap “Save” to record the moment.

To access your trends:

  1. Log into the Intentsify app.
  2. Navigate to the “Trends” section in the main menu.
  3. View detailed charts and metrics about your progress and activities.

How do I manage notifications?

To manage notifications:

  1. Go to the “Account” section of the app.
  2. Select “Reminder Time.”
  3. Change the time to your desired notification time.
  4. Your preferences will save automatically.
